Absa Design and Built (D&B) Retail Branch roll out
We are appointed as the MEF engineers for the roll out with one of the D&B contractors. The roll out program entails construction of new Absa Retail branches and the refurb of existing ones to the new Absa Corporate Identity. The scope of works includes small power, lighting, low voltage distribution, generator and UPS design and installation to each of the branches.

OBP Vaccine Manufacturing Plant
OBP Vaccine Manufacturing Plant is a new bacterial and viral vaccines manufacturing Plant in Onderstepoort; Pretoria North. The proposed project entails the construction of a new vaccines manufacturing plant area of approximately 6,500m2 in extent. We were appointed for all the electrical engineering services which included design, specification, construction supervision of the medium & low voltage electrical installation, including standby generators, UPS systems and lighting design for the facility.

WNS Call Centre Fit out
We were appointed as the MEF engineers on this project. The project consisted of the complete refurbishment of the first and second floor. It also consisted of a state of the art Data center that was designed as n+1.

TWP Head Offices, Melrose Arch
The design, tendering and construction supervision of the medium & low voltage electrical installation, including standby generators, UPS systems and lighting design for the new TWP Head Office in Melrose Arch. The development was completed in 2014 and was done while under the employment of WSP.
